Our Story

From the South Side, with love.

Born on the South Side of Chicago, I was raised by a single mother whose passion was cooking. Food was one of the ways she showed love—turning simple ingredients into something special, making snacks feel gourmet, and stretching one meal far enough to keep five kids fed.

That passion was passed down to her son. Now living in Texas, I want to share more than Chicago food—I want to share a piece of home and what food meant to us growing up.
